From the order form we process the contact person's name, email, phone, the school's name and address, its URN or company ID and the number of pupils. We need them to process the order, give access to the exhibition and invoice it. The legal basis is the contract and our legal obligation to keep accounts. We keep the data for the duration of the contract and accounting records for 10 years. Details are in our Terms and Conditions, section 9.
We write to schools only at a work contact taken from public sources: in the United Kingdom from Get Information about Schools (GIAS) and the school's website, in Slovakia from the register of schools (RIS, crinfo.iedu.sk) and the school's website. We process the school's name and address, its published work email, the headteacher's name and the number of pupils. The purpose is to offer the school an educational service; the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and GDPR). We keep the data for no longer than 24 months after the last contact. You can opt out at any time with a single reply or via the link in the email; we will not write again and keep only the address on our opt-out list, so that we never write to it again.
